Centrally located, beautiful hotel in the charming little streets of Sevilla

The location of the property was fantastic, close to main tourist attractions whilst remaining tucked away in a quiet street for a comfortable night’s sleep. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, going the extra mile in every sense. The architecture of the building and the interior design was immaculate, perfect for a romantic getaway. A plus is that service was always quick and there’s a guitarist every evening in the courtyard area.

Beautiful stay at a historic boutique hotel

Beautiful historic building with all the charm of Seville you’d expect. The courtyard and the rooftop lounge are particularly phenomenal. And also appreciate the bartender’s free pour.

Our room had two single beds put together, and the mattress therefore moved if you tried to get comfortable.

The most gorgeous weekend spent in the heart of Seville, cannot recommend enough!

From the moment I booked this stay, the staff were in touch to see if they could do anything to assist and make our stay more enjoyable. I had various email communications with them prior to our arrival and thanks to their recommendations felt fully prepared before we arrived. They even booked a restaurant for me to save me the hassle. The hotel is so beautiful and very impressive on arrival. We were made to feel very welcome, despite arriving several hours before our check in time. We had planned on just dropping our bags off but instead were offered coffee, cake and an early check in! After a very early morning flight this was very welcomed and enabled us to freshen up before heading out for a day of exploring. We tried several of their restaurant recommendations - El Pasaje Santa Maria La Blanca, El Traga, El Pinton, to name a few and all were exquisite! We also booked a Flamenco show at Museo del Baile Flamenco on their recommendation which was fantastic. I'm so grateful to all of the staff, both prior to arriving and once we were there for making our so special. The old town where the hotel is located is so beautiful, could spend hours wandering admiring the sites. Cannot wait to come back! LOVED the : staff location recommendations the early check in

A wonderful way to experience Seville - we would definitely book again!

We loved the greeting we received from the lovely staff as we were a little early for check in. We sat with coffee and cakes in the beautiful courtyard, which was a tranquil and peaceful place to be in the middle of a city. We loved the proximity to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, as well as numerous tapas bars and lovely restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the rooftop terrace too, and the decor throughout the hotel was gorgeous. Lovely to have music at 7.30 every evening too.

We should have stayed longer!

This is a graceful, serene property in the heart of old Seville. It is a charming and romantic hotel in a charming and romantic city. The Casa del Poeta is carefully curated to create a sense of luxury and calm. The service is thoughtful, personal, and welcoming. There is attention to detail in every aspect of the property and service. You have the sense that every problem will be solved, every need attended to, and every question met with a smile.

We love staying in the historic centers of cities, which pretty much guarantees that parking will be challenging. In the case of Casa del Poeta, it is a public parking lot within easy walking distance and good access. Thankfully, no tight maneuvering, but still less than ideal. One improvement would be an easy way for guests to plug in and charge phones, etc. at the bedside.

Love, love, love & will be back

The hotel was clean, peaceful and in a perfectly central location. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a standard double room which had beautiful high ceilings. They have a guitarist play for an hour every day at 7pm which was a really nice touch.

Only thing i could think to mark down was that as we visited out of season the air-conditioning was set to heat only mode so we were warmer at night that we would like. I was just comfortable but my husband prefers a cooler room at night.

Second Stay as Perfect as the First

My first stay at this beautiful hotel was in 2021, when I visited with my (adult) nephew. I knew it would be the perfect place to visit with my husband in celebration of our 30th anniversary. So much, in fact, that we adjusted some of our dates on our two week trip to Spain to make sure we could stay here. Everything about my second stay was as perfect as the first. Each staff member we interacted with was extremely polished and professional. We travel a fair amount and this level of service is rare. The hotel grounds are exquisite and feel hidden from the buzz of the city, despite its ideal location in the beautiful historic center. Our room was nicely appointed, impeccably clean, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of our two week, six city trip. Breakfast was varied, excellent quality and well worth the cost. The nightly low-key guitar concert in the courtyard adds to the overall experience and makes this hotel even more special. I like variety and rarely want to stay anywhere more than once, but I will go out of my way to stay here again.

Nice alocation

No view from the room, the furniture from the roof Terrace is past its best days. The roof terrace is unattractive. Every morning, the cleaning staff used the table in front of our room to put all their cleaning gears which meant that the outside opportunity to have a coffee in the courtyard was not available.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the historical neighbourhood, literally 2 minutes from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar and lots of tapas bars. Staff incredibly helpful and kind - special thanks to Rocio and Jessica! Inner courtyard and rooftop make it quite special. Live guitar concerts in the evening.

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay, the Deluxe was one more spacious and with a balcony. The standard one a bit on the small size for the three of us.

We really loved this hotel, it was very clean and beautiful inside. The breakfast was great, stuff was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come and stay there again next time.

Close to all the key points of interest, with more charm then can be expected. We did not try the breakfast, but a few drinks in the patio with acoustic Spanish guitar was delightful.
